SCORR Marketing Exceeds Drug Development Services Marketing Performance Standards

SCORR Marketing, a global full-service marketing and communications firm, conducted its annual in-depth client survey to evaluate perceptions of performance. In a comparison survey of more than 100 drug development companies, SCORR outperformed other agencies on all key performance indicators such as timeliness, bid turnaround time, client service, marketing expertise, marketing strategy and overall satisfaction.

“While positive feedback indicates general satisfaction from our clients, the survey provides concrete insight on our performance,” said Cinda Orr, president and CEO of SCORR. “By conducting this survey annually, we are able to benchmark our most valuable qualities and pinpoint those we can improve on to provide even better services and support to our clients.”

Survey results indicated that 100 percent of respondents were mostly to completely satisfied with SCORR’s services overall and felt that SCORR was competitive on the criteria identified as most important to them. Ratings for overall quality, communication, project timeliness and bid turnaround time were all rated more than 4.5 out of 5.

“As a marketing firm, the level of client service and expertise that we provide to our clients is crucial to their success and ours, so we are pleased with the results of the survey,” said Krystle Buntemeyer, senior vice president and chief marketing officer. “The survey is a valuable tool for SCORR to identify client needs and continuously improve our client-centric business model.”
